This year's Anniversay Blythe is not one, but five new girls! Two NEOs and three Petites.
Based around a fairy tale, the Denizens of the Lake hold a special significance. Christina the Bride is based on Jam Fancy, our very own Australian star. Christina was part of design team, Team Sibley, who won the 2006 Beauty Competition with Gentle River, which was later produced as a beautiful Limited Edition NEO.
Christina has worked closely with Junie Moon and CWC, and this year they have honoured her by creating a doll named after her. The release happens to coincide with a Very Special Event in Christina's life happening in Japan this year (sorry, can't post details without permission!).
Denizens of the Lake are a wonderful twist to the standard Anniversary Editions of Blythe, with such effort and styling put into creating a truely epic tale of love and fantasy.
